Changing Outcomes and Changing Lives

Register for 2016–2017

At PreSchool Partners, we recognize the need for more diversity, not only in our school, but in our community as well.  For that reason, we are starting a new program that will provide this diversity while also fulfilling our mission of preparing children for kindergarten.  We are offering a limited number of slots for children whose families do not live in our target neighborhoods and who are able to pay full tuition.

Operation School House

Dreams really do come true! For over 20 years, PreSchool Partners never truly had a "home" of its own. We have shared space, rented space, moved, and searched and, finally, in 2015 our dream to have our own building specifically designed to meet our needs became a reality.  Operation Schoolhouse was a $3.4 million dollar capital campaign that will allow PreSchool Partners to serve more children and families and make a greater impact in our community.

2016 Wig & Stache Bash

The Wig & Stache Bash will be held at the Florentine on Thursday, October 20th from 6:00-8:30 PM. The event will feature a silent auction, live music, cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres. In keeping with the festive spirit of Halloween, guests are encouraged to wear wigs, mustaches and other fun disguises. Proceeds from sponsorships, ticket sales, and silent auction items will all benefit PreSchool Partners and our Children’s and Parent Programs. For information on how you can be involved in this event as a sponsor please contact Molly Silverstein at

Together We Are Making a Difference

Donor, Teacher, Parent & Child

Thank you for your interest in PreSchool Partners. Our program is dedicated to preparing 3 and 4 year old children and their parents for kindergarten and success in school. Our target neighborhoods are Woodlawn and North Birmingham. PreSchool Partners was founded on the belief that every child deserves access to a quality preschool education whether his family can afford to pay for it or not. We strongly believe that in order for a child to be successful in school, there must be parental involvement. For that reason, we require a parent or primary caregiver to attend school one morning a week with their child. The mission of PreSchool Partners is to equip families of  preschool age children with the skills necessary to achieve school readiness.
