Tutors

Volunteers could help struggling children by working one-on-one with them and helping them learn certain skills. For example, if a child is struggling to learn the letters of the alphabet, the volunteer could play alphabet bingo or other learning games with the child.

Fairy Godparents

These volunteers would help fulfill a wide variety of needs. For example, volunteers could arrange and pay for the ice cream truck to visit the school when we’re studying the letter “I” or when we’re studying the letter “C” they could come read the book “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” and bring cookies for the children to enjoy.

Party Planners

Help plan and implement different holiday parties throughout the school year. For example, volunteers could provide party snacks and favors for the Christmas Party. We typically have parties celebrating Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and a Beach Party for the end of the year.
