PreSchool Partners is now registering 2, 3, and 4-year-old students for the 2017-18 school year. For over 20 years, we have been preparing children for kindergarten and success in school. The program was founded on the belief that every child deserves a quality preschool education, whether his family can afford to pay for it or not. We target the Woodlawn and North Birmingham school zones, but we do accept students from outside of these neighborhoods if space is available. The highly structured learning environment we provide our students ensures that they will start kindergarten ahead of the game, rather than behind.
At PreSchool Partners, we recognize the need for more diversity, not only in our school, but in our community as well. For that reason, we are starting a new program that will provide this diversity while also fulfilling our mission of preparing children for kindergarten. We are offering a limited number of slots for children whose families do not live in our target neighborhoods and who are able to pay full tuition.
One component that is unique to PreSchool Partners is that we require the parents to attend school one morning a week with their child. We strongly believe that in order for a child to be successful in school, there must be parental involvement. Families who participate in the Parent Program on Monday mornings during the school year will receive reduced tuition based on their income (most of our families only pay $100 a month). However, if a family chooses not to participate in the Parent Program, they can opt out and pay full tuition at $500 a month. There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee. Our curriculum includes enrichment activities such as computer, music, dance, and soccer at no additional cost. Our school hours are 8:15-2:30 and we also offer early care starting at 7:15 a.m. for $30 a month and after school care until 6:00 p.m. for an additional $50 a week.
Space is limited, so please call Lella Hamiter or Whitney Barnett at 951-5151 for more information or to register your child.
